Our solid gold tooth charms are made specifically for oral use and safety, and contain materials that are nickel and lead free. Charms are available in a wide variety of designs and can also have genuine diamonds, rubies, sapphires and emeralds. Prices with service range from $100-$250.

The “Chandelier Tooth” is the newest tooth gem sensation, featuring hundreds of tiny Swarovski crystal pixie pieces that cover the entire tooth. Mix in some small Swarovski Crystals for a more dramatic effect, or choose Clear, Aurora Borealis or gold crystal pixie dust for your unique look.

Tooth Gem Information
Tooth Gems are a popular and trendy way to add a little sparkle to your smile. Made popular in the 80’s by musicians, athletes and celebrities, these pieces of dental jewelry are adhered to your teeth with the same material used to affix brackets from braces, and cured with a UV light. Tooth gems last 3 months to several years or more, and are easily removed by your dentist with normal cleaning. Tooth gems do not damage your tooth and are a safe, pain free and reversible way to add a little sparkle. We currently offer Swarovski gems in clear and several colors, EXCLUSIVE Opal Cabochons, and gold options available in 14k-18k white or yellow gold. Our gem options are $45 for the first gem and $40 for each additional gem. Gold options start at $100 with genuine diamonds available.

Who can get Tooth gems?
Virtually anyone! Gems and charms are applied to the natural tooth, and can be done at any age. (Although we currently only offer them for clients 12 and older)
Who cannot get tooth gems?
We do not recommend tooth gems for clients with crowns, gold or porcelain teeth, as the composite and sealants are designed to bond to natural tooth surfaces only. Tooth gems can be applied to those with wire retainers above the wire line, but are not recommended for those currently undergoing orthodontic procedures or those with invisilign. We also do not recommend tooth gems for those with serious dental disease or those who have not seen a dentist for more than several years.
How long do they last?
Depending on the materials and processes used, gems and charms can last from 3 months to several years. Tooth gems may fall off naturally, or they can be removed by your dentist/hygentist during normal dental cleanings. We do NOT remove gems and charms. We also do not recommend you attempt to remove them yourself, as you can damage your tooth enamel and removal requires professional removal of residual composites and bonding compounds.
Can I whiten my teeth?
Absolutely! We recommend waiting a few days after application before doing so, but the bonding materials are not effected by commercially available whitening agents. A slight shadow may be present upon removal of the gem, which can often be removed by a subsequent whitening treatment.

Do you have a customer referral program?
YES! For each $25 spent, you will earn 10 points towards other services! For referrals, you will also earn 10 points for each customer who mentions you as their referral. Points can be used for free gem services and discounts!
What if my gem falls off within the guaranteed warranty?
We proudly stand by our work! All of our services have a guarantee. If your gem/opal falls off within the warranty we will replace it for free with the same size/shape/color and in the same placement as the original gem. Gold tooth charms can be reapplied if they are lost within the guaranteed window, but do require a additional fee of $30-$75 to replace the gold piece if it is lost. Our gems and charms typically last from months to several years.
